Pinky is a passionate supporter of the empowerment of women and has founded a variety of awards and initiatives recognising and championing women from across the UK.

The Founder and Chairman of the annual Asian Women of Achievement Awards, Pinky’s awards have celebrated the tremendous contribution of Asian women to British business and public life for the past decade. Pinky is also the creator of the Women of the Future Programme, Britain’s most exciting set of initiatives for successful young women. The programme includes the Awards, Summit, Network and Ambassadors Programme. It is Pinky’s vision that through these initiatives, women can help each other through building relationships and nurturing the talents of the next generation. The Women of the Future (WOF) Programme, is a platform to unlock a culture of kindness and collaboration among leaders.
Our portfolio of events and projects connect, inspire and support a new generation of female leaders. Through the year, we have built a remarkable, informal community of influential women determined not only to build professional and personal relationships with one another, but to be advocates for an exciting new generation of business leadership talent.

From home-grown origins, Pinky’s ventures have inspired and helped many women in the UK today. Pinky was awarded a CBE in 2015 for her services to women in business.

Pinky is truly different. She brings an enthusiasm and ruthless optimism to the team events she runs ; coupled with a real sense of fun is incredibly compelling. Although in many ways very understated, she is hugely impactful and really makes people think about themselves, how they are motivated and how they can absolutely improve themselves.
